| Milan Saini is the Managing Director and Country Head for Cinepolis India. He was instrumental in bringing Cinepolis to India and is currently heading an ambitious rollout plan to launch 500 screens pan India by 2016. Cinepolis is the world’s fourth largest cinema operator and India’s 1st International cinema exhibitor. |

| Prior to joining Cinepolis, Milan worked for 14 years in the hi-tech industry in the United States where he held roles in marketing and business strategy at a leading semiconductor company. |

| Milan holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Oklahoma and a Masters Degree in Management from Stanford University. |
