| Nihar held HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Medical in Asia Pacific & India, Alghanim Industries and Human Soft Limited in Kuwait and at Profiles International in Dubai. In the early part of his career, he has also worked at Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad, National Dairy Development Board and Reliance Industries. Nihar’s areas of interest include Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development and Performance Management. He is also an active trainer, process facilitator and regular speaker at national & international industry & professional forums. |
