| Mr. Sanjay Coutinho joined Barista Lavazza in February 2009.He has an experience of 17 years in the retail and F&B industry, and he brings with him an in-depth understanding and expertise of the food and retail sector. |

| Prior to joining Barista Coffee Company Limited Mr. Coutinho was working as the COO for Gravis Foods Private Limited, formerly known as Baskin Robbins Franchise Co. Pvt. Ltd. He joined Baskin Robbins in 2001 as a Zonal Manager, West and rose to the level of COO in a span of 5 and half years. He has also worked with other organizations like Pantaloons Retail India Ltd, the pizza delivery chain Domino’s Pizza India Limited, Jet Airways and the Ambassador’s Sky Chef. |

| A commerce graduate from Mithibai College, Mumbai University, Mr. Coutinho has also done his graduation in Hotel Administration and Restaurant Management from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai in 1994. He then went on to pursue his MBA in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai in 2004. |
