| Shubhranshu as the Managing Director - Retail is responsible for providing strategic oversight and growing the firm’s retail business across the country. He leads a team of over 60 retail professionals covering all business functions and processes pertaining to Retail Mall Leasing, Sales, Investment, Retail High Street Transactions and Luxury and Lifestyle brand representation. |

| Shubhranshu began his career as an Engineer in a Polyster Staple Fibre plant of J K Synthetics Ltd. in the mechanical division. After obtaining managerial qualifications, he joined SREI infrastructure Ltd. as a financial analyst. In this role, he initiated a program of Micro-Credit Lending for renewable energy products by the Leasing and Hire Purchase route. He also organized the required funding for this undertaking from various sources. |

| Thereafter, he joined the Research and Consulting Group as financial analyst. Here, he undertook independent studies on real estate markets, macro-economic studies and risk assessment on impact of infrastructure tourism and IT on real estate. In this period, he also carried out real estate valuations of varying types. |

| Shubhranshu has over 10 years of retail real estate experience. He joined Trammell Crow Meghraj (now Jones Lang Lasalle) in 2001 where he was instrumental in building the company’s retail operations in India across 10 offices. |

| He has been proactively involved in enabling numerous international lifestyle brands aspiring to attain a foothold in the Indian retail market and has advised a number of developers on market entry strategies and launching malls in Tier I, II & III cities. |

| He has also been involved in advising Mumbai International Airport Ltd. (MIAL) in their airport modernization plans both from a short-term as well as long term prospective. |
