Over a professional span of 25 years, he has worked for several leading names on the global corporate canvas, handling multi-million dollar projects. Till date, he has successfully implemented space development to the tune of 8 million sq.ft in India and abroad. He has also been responsible for developing and implementing strategies for national and international projects in the Retail, Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Hospitality and IT/ITES sectors. |

| Uday’s has visited many countries and has been a part on FICCI, CII and CDC delegation for exploring business opportunities in the Real Estate & Infrastructure sectors. He has been honored with several awards for his painstaking contribution to infrastructure / real estate creation, both in India and abroad. Uday is also a member of the National Real Estate Committee of FICCCI. Uday has been a regular speaker in various National / International Real Estate Summit in India & abroad. Recently, Uday has been awarded “Pathfinders Award for the Most Enterprising CEO 2011” by Realty plus Excellence Awards (WEST). |
