Abhishek has 10 years of experience spread across Operations, Process Excellence, Customer Service/Retention, P&L Management & Cost Optimisation in the eCommerce and Manufacturing domain. During the tenure, he had the opportunity to establish business operations grounds up for organisations such as Godrej Natures Basket, Lenskart.com & Reliance Industries Limited and witness the business scale up multifold.
His latest stint with Godrej group involved connecting 5 major cities across the length & breadth of our country through the e-commerce. Conceptualizing, designing and setting up operational & business processes for the omni-channel business across 18 centres in a span of 1 year was an exhilarating experience. It gave him an opportunity to work and interact with multiple teams from different backgrounds that immensely helped him understand about retail business operations and people-business relations.
Currently, he has taken up an international assignment for setting up eCommerce business grounds up for a well renowned fresh food company, Barakat Group based out of Dubai, UAE.
Abhishek is a Chemical Engineer from LIT, Nagpur (2006), a certified Six Sigma Green-Belt and has completed his MBA (Operations & Supply Chain) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (2012). He is married to Dr. Pooja, a specialist dentist by profession. In his leisure time, he loves to play sports especially Badminton and Squash. He loves to read, travel and trek whenever he finds time.
