| Dr. Prodipta Sen is co-founder and Executive Director - Marketing, Retail and Corporate Affairs & Retail of Alpha G: Corp Development Private Limited. Dr. Sen was invited to join as part of the core team of Alpha G: Corp with sweat equity in November 2003. As an active member of the Alpha Team, he heads Retail Vertical, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Administration and Corporate Affairs and is also responsible for strategising Alpha G: Corp’s brand image and establishing the correct public perception of its projects. |

| Dr. Sen started his professional career in 1979 and over the years has been involved in practically every dimension of marketing and promotional business strategies oriented towards unprecedented growth. His expertise lies in organizational restructuring, setting up optimal systems and motivating operational teams resulting in attaining centres of profit in record time. He has in the past 30 years witnessed this principle in affect spanning diverse product categories from Carpets; Moulded Luggage; Office Automation Equipments (Gestetner); Computers (Apple); Software (Form Z); Hospitality and Real Estate in India, the entire SAARC region as well as in many parts of Europe. |

| Dr. Sen also spearheads the Retail vertical for Alpha G:Corp and has attained new standards of interaction, trust and cooperation in the large-scale retail developments of Alpha G:Corp. His ever seeking ways to learn from experiences and incorporating the same in retail by constant improvisation to facilitate team effort with retail partners in areas of design, convenience to the end users as well as in addressing growth opportunities in a transparent and win-win manner thereby setting benchmarks in teamwork and helping to usher in the eagerly awaited retail renaissance. Dr. Sen also introduced the Revenue Share Model for the company’s retail developments, ‘AlphaOne’, by incorporating a fresh, professional approach where retailers are now able to feel the confidence to share CAM at actuals. |

| Dr. Sen’s contribution to Alpha G:Corp includes several accolades in the media as well as prestigious national and international awards: AlphaOne, Amritsar recently received the ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre Design of the Year’ and Alpha G:Corp was honoured with the ‘Emerging Retailer of the Year – Real Estate’ for the same at the Asia Retail Congress 2010. At the inaugural Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2009, Alpha G: Corp was awarded the ‘Emerging Developer of the Year’. Similarly, their City Centre Development, AlphaOne in Amritsar was awarded ‘Highly Commended with Seal of Distinction’ in the Best Mixed Use Development at the Cityscape Asia Real Estate Awards 2009. In 2008, Alpha G:Corp’s Golf View Corporate Towers, Ernst & Young’s Corporate Office, was certified ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Developer – Commercial/Office (Built) Category at the Cityscape Asia Real Estate Awards 2008. Simultaneously, Dr. Sen was awarded the prestigious ‘Pride of Industry Award’ for his team building efforts and ever seeking ways to benefit retailers and the customers’ experience in retail. |

| To promote optimum co-ordination and co-operation between the residents of Alpha G: Corp’s debut residential project, GurgaonOne and to sustain it as a model habitat, Alpha G:Corp formed the residential association during the hand-over under Dr. Sen’s Presidentship. GurgaonOne was subsequently short-listed as semi-finalist for the Asia Pacific Sustainability Project of the Year Award, a category for Sustainable Projects featuring Green Projects from the entire Asia Pacific Region. |

| Dr. Sen is the founder member of NETPAC and a trustee in ACTION INDIA. Presently, he is also a member of the Governing Council of Alliance Francais, Delhi and actively encourages several cultural activities and organizations. Dr. Sen is closely associated with arts and culture predominantly as an art collector and critique. |
