Sreekanth is currently heading the Digital division for Matahari Department Store in Indonesia, unarguably the biggest department store chain in Indonesia. He is responsible to drive the E-commerce and Omni-Channel business for MDS whereby integrating the digital technology with the retail experience to provide seamless and consistent experience for the Matahari customers across all the channels.
Sreekanth also spearheaded E-commerce and Omni-Channel operations for Landmark Group, based out of Dubai, one of the biggest retailers in the Middle East and India, and successfully launched multiple Omni-Channel initiatives such as Click & Collect (Order online, collect from store), Returns to Store (Instant refund in cash/credit in the store), etc in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), Bahrain and India and making Landmark Group one of the most sought after Omni-Channel retailers in the Middle East and India
Sreekanth has worked with multiple start-ups in the past, the likes of Limeroad.com and Yebhi.com in India and held strategic positions to drive great customer experience.
